DAY PROGRAM SUPERVISOR
Position Summary:
Supervise staff, provide leadership, staff development, train, performance improvement, budget (payroll/billing), implement and manage key services in accordance with policies and procedures. Effectively interact with consumers, family and/or any other representative in the process of intake, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation of service for client.
Essential Functions:

First responder in the field to attend any emergencies.

Participate in the development of the Individual Program Plan (IPP), Individual Educational Plan (IEP), etc.

Provide training as outlined in the Individual Program Plan, Behavioral Plan, and other type of Plans.

Plan, manage, coordinate, and evaluate assigned staff efforts to achieve the program’s objectives and consumer outcomes.

Assess the program’s effectives in achieving the consumer IPP objectives and identifying barriers to consumer success and how those barriers can be overcome.

Collect, analyze and report on consumer progress on IPP objectives using weekly notes, monthly behavioral data sheet, and observation report information, etc.

Perform selected administrative duties in the administrative office.

Maintain an audit file on each employee.

Oversee activities directly related to providing services.

Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.

Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.

Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with management, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.

Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.

Maintain open communication and feedback with participants and family members.

Map out driving routes.

Manage timekeeping and approval of payroll hours.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required by management.

Qualifications:
-
All offers are contingent upon passing a background check, physical and a TB test or chest x-ray.

Must be associated to all homes assigned
-
Minimum 2 year supervised experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
-
CPR/First Aid
Salary: $12 - $16 Salary based on experience
Work Schedule: Full-Time 7am to 3pm Monday - Friday
