Mission and Purpose
The People's Care In-Home Senior Care Program is provided with a mission to enrich our clients' lives while providing support for their loved ones. Our purpose is to provide in-home care for seniors who have a chronic illness, dementia, challenging behaviors or simply desire companionship. We provide the highest quality of care with integrity, honor and dignity.

Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment Report
To best understand the senior's physical, social and cognitive needs, a Geriatric Care Manager provides a comprehensive assessment with home safety inspection, which gives the senior, the family and our staff a roadmap to meet the senior's specific needs. The Care Companion who best matches the skill qualifications and desired personal qualities will be assigned to care for the senior, and will be supervised by a Geriatric Care Manager.

Individual Service Plan
This plan can combine two levels of care, and also include other personalized services. It is flexible and will be modified as the needs of the senior change.
