• Training on reducing targeted behaviors through increasing communication skills

• Support and assistance by encouraging family involvement

• Speech and Language Therapy
• Providing comfortable, safe and nurturing environments

Providing Residential Services to adults was one of the first services offered by People's Care, Inc. We believe that quality intervention is the key to maximizing our adult resident abilities and independence with the help of our behavior analyst who is a qualified and experienced professional with innovative ways to target challenging behaviors.

To keep the consistency of the program, the resident’s progress is closely monitored with Individual Service Plans. Our dedicated staff also undergoes continuous training to further their expertise in this field.

We encourage family involvement by maintaining open communication with family members. Their support is known to be a key component in the resident’s successful placement. Our goal is to provide the necessary support to empower our clients and enable them to attain maximum independence.
